Kyubey is a fiend. He’s a little fucking bastard who manipulates the innocent for his own whims. He’s evil, he’s wretched, and he’s one of the awesomest characters to ever set foot in an anime.

So I’m keeping up with four series this season: Madoka, Level E, Wolverine, and… Dragon Crisis.
Call it another case of masochism. The Dragon Crisis bit that is.

About a month or so ago I came across a new card game called Yomi. It’s essentially my dream game: A Street Fighter-like game put into card form.
The game’s almost as awesome as that sounds. Almost.

Ugliness, mean-spirited comedy, hot space alien assassin teachers with green skin, and now RPG Maker references? Level E is my Valentine this year.

At this point in time, I can envision only two possible endings for Madoka that’ll please me. And, no, neither one is particularly happy. You gotta earn those happy endings, and like so many other series I’ve seen nothing in Madoka that makes happiness a viable option.
